Since my teenage, I have faced acne problems. My doctor always asked me to intake detoxifying ingredients in my diet, such as cucumber, coriander leaves, ginger, green apple, mint leaves, celery, kale, and so on.

So, I combined most of these magical ingredients together and created the most refreshing, delicious, and healthy smoothie.

This smoothie not only cleanses your body and makes your skin glow, but it also helps you lose weight.

In this recipe, you are gonna find 2 variations of green smoothies.

The first one is a Green Apple-Cucumber-Coriander smoothie and the second one is a Spinach-Banana-Chia seed smoothie.

I have tried to make both of the smoothies with easily available ingredients. You can include or exclude any of the ingredients according to your diet requirements.

Well, there are different variations of smoothies with tons of incredible ingredients out there.

But green smoothies always will stand out. They are the most refreshing and eye-soothing ones.

We all know that greens are good for our body, soul, and mind. They are loaded with vitamins, minerals, potassium, magnesium, fibers, and so on.

Ingredients like spinach, kale, coriander, and mint in green smoothies can detox your body.

The bright green color of these smoothies always fascinates me. The color is eye soothing, refreshing, and extremely satisfying.

Whenever I make green smoothies at home, prefer to serve them in transparent glasses only. So that I could celebrate the beautiful color and texture of the smoothie.

It’s also cool if you can serve them in transparent glass jars or mini bottles. I usually prefer to have smoothies with my bamboo straws. You can also use glass or stainless steel ones.

The Green Apple-Cucumber-Coriander smoothie is incredibly refreshing. So you can have this particular one as it is, without any topping. To cut the earthy taste of the Spinach-Banana-Chia seed smoothie, pour some coconut cream on top. Trust me, it will taste heavenly then!

If you love smoothies with a thick consistency, serve them in smoothie bowls. Garnish your smoothies with toppings like coconut flakes, coconut cream, roasted oats, and nuts. Fruits like apple and banana cubes can also be added to give it a fresh touch.

How to Make These Green Smoothies

Green Apple, Cucumber, Coriander Smoothie:

  1. To make this smoothie, Cut a medium-sized green apple, a ripe banana, and half of a cucumber into dice.
  2. Along with these main ingredients, we also need ¼ cup of chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, and a splash of water.
  3. Now it’s time to take all the ingredients in a mixer blender or smoothie maker. Blend that goodness into a smooth mixture.
  4. Serve the Green apple smoothie in your favorite glass or smoothie bowl and enjoy.

Spinach, Banana, Chia seed Smoothie:

  1. Take 1 handful of fresh baby spinach, 1 ripe banana, half of a cucumber cut into cubes, and ⅓ cup of roughly chopped coriander leaves into a mixer blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt, and a splash of water along with other main ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2 to 3 times to make the smoothie. Now transfer the smoothie into a glass and serve with fresh coconut cream on top. Enjoy!
