Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana optional for creaminess
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt or any plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice or coconut water for tropical twist
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional, if using fresh fruits

Instructions

  • If using fresh fruits, peel and chop the mango and banana. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
  • In a high-speed blender, add strawberries, mango chunks, banana, yogurt, and orange juice.
  • Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more juice or water.
  • Give it a taste. If you’d like it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit or mint if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  1. Use Frozen Fruit for a Thick Texture:
Frozen mango and strawberries make the smoothie creamy and cold without needing ice.
  2. Balance Liquid and Creaminess:
Adjust liquid gradually to control consistency. Start with ¾ cup and add more as needed.
  3. Boost Nutrition:
Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, or a scoop of protein powder to turn it into a meal smoothie.
  4. Make it Vegan:
Swap Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey.
