In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the same skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together. Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fold in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, onions, and bell pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, smoothing it out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
