100g(3.5 oz) unsalted butter, melted

1can(397g) sweetened condensed milk
100g(3.5 oz) unsalted butter
100g(3.5 oz) light brown sugar
For the Cheesecake Layer
300g(10.5 oz) cream cheese, softened
200ml(7 fl oz) heavy cream
100g(3.5 oz) powdered sugar
For the Chocolate Topping
200g(7 oz) dark or milk chocolate, melted
50ml(1.7 fl oz) heavy cream
Instructions
Prepare the Base: Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a lined springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the next layer.
Make the Caramel Layer: In a saucepan, melt butter and sugar over low heat. Stir in condensed milk and cook until thickened. Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate until set.
Whip the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy. Spread evenly over the caramel layer. Chill again for at least 2 hours.
