1cupcucumberfinely chopped
1cuptomatofinely chopped
½cupred onionfinely chopped
1green chilifinely chopped (optional)
2tablespoonsfresh coriander leaveschopped
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Salt to taste
¼teaspoonroasted cumin powder
Optional: pinch of black pepper or chaat masala
Instructions
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and pat them dry.
Peel the cucumber if needed, then finely chop cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
Chop green chili and fresh coriander leaves.
Add all chopped ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the vegetables.
