Green Apple, Cucumber, Coriander Smoothie
To make this smoothie, Cut a medium-sized green apple, a ripe banana, and half of a cucumber into dice.
Along with these main ingredients, we also need ¼ cup of chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, and a splash of water.
Now it’s time to take all the ingredients in a mixer blender or smoothie maker. Blend that goodness into a smooth mixture.
Serve the Green apple smoothie in your favorite glass or smoothie bowl and enjoy.
Spinach, Banana, Chia seed Smoothie
Take 1 handful of fresh baby spinach, 1 ripe banana, half of a cucumber cut into cubes, and ⅓ cup of roughly chopped coriander leaves into a mixer blender or smoothie maker.
Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt, and a splash of water along with other main ingredients.
Blend for 2 to 3 times to make the smoothie. Now transfer the smoothie into a glass and serve with fresh coconut cream on top. Enjoy!
