Ingredients

Green Apple-Green Smoothie

  • 1 Green Apple medium-sized
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ½ Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Pink salt as per your liking
  • Water

Spinach-Green Smoothie

  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ½ Cucumber
  • cup Coriander leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp Pink salt
  • Water
  • Coconut milk/cream

Instructions

Green Apple, Cucumber, Coriander Smoothie

  • To make this smoothie, Cut a medium-sized green apple, a ripe banana, and half of a cucumber into dice.
  • Along with these main ingredients, we also need ¼ cup of chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, and a splash of water.
  • Now it’s time to take all the ingredients in a mixer blender or smoothie maker. Blend that goodness into a smooth mixture.
  • Serve the Green apple smoothie in your favorite glass or smoothie bowl and enjoy.

Spinach, Banana, Chia seed Smoothie

  • Take 1 handful of fresh baby spinach, 1 ripe banana, half of a cucumber cut into cubes, and ⅓ cup of roughly chopped coriander leaves into a mixer blender or smoothie maker.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt, and a splash of water along with other main ingredients.
  • Blend for 2 to 3 times to make the smoothie. Now transfer the smoothie into a glass and serve with fresh coconut cream on top. Enjoy!
