First of all, cut 3 medium-sized ripe mangoes into small pieces. Keep them in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until they get frozen.
Now put frozen pieces of mangoes as well as 2 tablespoons of hung yogurt into a mixer blender. You can use Greek yogurt or any other creamy thick yogurt instead of hung yogurt.
To add some sweetness, you can add sugar or any sweetener as per your preferable quantity. Adding sugar or sweetener is completely optional.
Here comes the most important part, mixing! Blend it into a thick, smooth mixture. No need to add water or any liquid, as we are looking for a thick consistency.
Serve the mixture in your favorite smoothie bowl and garnish with different toppings as per your liking. You can actually garnish with toppings suggested in the ingredients list like cashew nuts, chia seeds, coconut flexes, toasted oats, and fresh fruits.
